Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online store by consumers or businesses.

2. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in our online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order.

By submitting an order, you make a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in your shopping cart.

The confirmation of receipt of your order is sent by email immediately after submission and does not yet constitute acceptance of the contract.

The contract is concluded only when we expressly accept your order or dispatch the goods.

3. Prices and Payment Terms

All prices are final prices and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Additional costs, particularly shipping costs, will be displayed separately during the ordering process.

Payment is made using the payment methods offered in the online store.

4. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery is made to the address specified by the customer.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.

For international shipments, additional costs such as customs duties, import taxes, or fees may apply and are to be borne by the customer.

5. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal.

7. Returns

In the event of withdrawal, the goods must be returned in accordance with the conditions set out in the withdrawal policy.

The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.

8. Warranty and Liability

Statutory warranty rights apply.

We are fully liable for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health.

For all other damages, we are only liable in cases of intent or gross negligence.

9. Use of Products

Our products are intended for private use only.

Commercial resale is only permitted with our express written consent.

10. Data Protection

Information regarding the processing of personal data can be found in our Privacy Policy.

11. Applicable Law

The law of the Kingdom of Thailand shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

For consumers, this choice of law applies only to the extent that mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which the consumer has their habitual residence are not restricted.

12. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR).

We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

13. Final Provisions

If individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions are or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

14. Special Conditions for the Fidget Mystery Box

The products offered are so-called "Mystery Boxes", the contents of which are selected at random.

The selection of items is made at our discretion and based on a curated assortment.

The customer acknowledges and agrees that:

  • the contents of the box are not known in advance,
  • there is no entitlement to specific products, brands, colors, or variations,
  • the delivered items may differ from individual expectations.
