📄 Right of Withdrawal (International – Professional Setup)
Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email) of your decision to withdraw from the purchase.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the purchase, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
The reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Return of Goods
You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Compensation for Loss in Value
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that is not necessary to examine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized.
🌍 Note for International Orders
This right of withdrawal is granted regardless of the country of delivery.
Mandatory consumer protection laws of the country in which you have your habitual residence remain unaffected.
