We currently ship to:

- Asia
Shipping to other regions is not available at this time.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are displayed during the checkout process and depend on:
- Destination country
- Shipping method
- Weight and size of the order
3. Delivery Times
We strive to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.
Delivery times depend on the destination country and are generally:
- Europe: approx. 7–21 business days
- Asia: approx. 7–14 business days
Please note that delays may occur in individual cases, particularly due to:
- customs clearance
- local shipping providers
- seasonal demand
4. Customs, Taxes and Import Duties
In rare cases, additional charges such as:
- customs duties
- import taxes
- local taxes
may apply to international orders.
These charges depend on the import regulations of the destination country.
They are not included in the purchase price and must be borne by the customer.
5. Shipping Process

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email.
6. Delivery Issues
If delivery cannot be completed or a shipment is returned to us (e.g. due to incorrect address details or non-acceptance), we reserve the right to charge the customer for the cost of reshipping.

We reserve the right to deliver orders in multiple shipments if this ensures faster or more efficient delivery.
8. Transfer of Risk
For consumers, the risk of accidental loss or damage to the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.
